Shipping

Once an order is placed, it will ship within 2-5 business days to the address provided.

Within Canada, orders are shipped via Canada Post, with Expedited Shipping typically taking 2-7 business days to deliver. Xpresspost Shipping is also available, and typically takes 1-4 business days to deliver. 

To the USA, orders are shipped via Canada Post, which is then transferred to USPS once it crosses the border. Shipments are sent with Tracked USA Shipping typically taking 4-7 business days to deliver. Xpresspost Shipping is also available, and typically takes 2-5 business days to deliver. 

International orders are shipped via Canada Post, which is then transferred to your national post service provider. Shipments are sent with Tracked International Shipping typically taking 4-10 business days to deliver. Please note that delays are not unusual with international shipments.

Customs Duties, Fees, and Taxes

For any shipments outside of Canada, please note that upon arrival to your country, the customs department may charge you customs duties and sales tax or Value Added Tax (VAT), as determined by the destination country.

These fees are in addition to the price and shipping cost that you are charged when checking out. Please note that in light of this, we do not charge sales taxes on USA or international orders.

If your purchase is subject to customs duties and sales tax or VAT, your local shipping provider will contact you about these fees, which must be paid before delivery of your purchase. You may also be required to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN, or SSN, for customs processing.
